• Goods must be within 2 days after received.
    Picture should be taken if any damaged found during delivery and send mail to our Customer Service department.

  • Goods can only be exchanged to the same items and to be exchanged another items of goods and cannot be a reason of refund also.
    (All goods have been checked and passed all of our export requirement and QC record have been kept to assure high quality)

  • Our company reserve the final right or decision for all damaged goods replacement or the refund decision.

  • We are not liable to accept extra penalty or further compensation due to shipment delay by courier or the NG goods resulted in any economical lost.
